This is the error im getting:

Please Wait, Verifying Payment Status ....

Please wait while we verify your payment with the payment processor

This page will refresh every 5 seconds while we are waiting, automatically redirecting you to the merchants website once payment has been verified.

If this process takes longer than 2 minutes , please contact the merchant directly at this email address: support@tkweightlosssolutions.com .

I checked the thankyou URL and it works fine if I copy it into my browser. Is there a step Im missing?

Thanks

Tom

Hi,

I talked with the programmers and in the following days there will be day when PDC server will be down for some server checking(a few hours, you will be informed about this by email), as there might be a possibility that some querries use too much resources of the server and the server becomes too slow and maybe that's why this error appears to you.

It's a probability and that's why in one of this days the PDC will suffer mantainance and during this mantainance all Mike's team will test the server to see if there is any issue with the querries and fix it during that mantainance process.

We plan to have regularly(every couple of months) a day for mantainance if we'll receive any complaints which might related to our script or our server.

With respect,
Dan Borlan

How much power does PayPal have over you? I've heard stories of ppl getting their bank acounts frozen when it was linked to their paypal acount and there was some issues with the paypal acount. My question is, does paypal have control only on the acount that's linked to your paypal acount, or can they freeze other bank acounts you might have in the same bank?

No, they can't freeze your personal bank account.

I've been seeing this problem a lot during my testing of it taking 4 or 5 minutes with that message:

Please Wait, Verifying Payment Status ....

Please wait while we verify your payment with the payment processor

This page will refresh every 5 seconds while we are waiting, automatically redirecting you to the merchants website once payment has been verified.

If this process takes longer than 2 minutes , please contact the merchant directly at this email address: kevlev@hotmail.com .

Why is this happening and how can it be fixed. My customers are going to get really upset about it because I rely on a smooth transaction in order for them to product access information on the thank you page.

I've seen it be intermittent (and happen consistently as noted in the next post) as it happens sometimes and other times it's fine. I just don't know how to resolve it.

oye!

Thanks,

Kevin

For a couple of my products I'm seeing after about 8 minutes or so I get:

Payment Problem

There was a problem with this order and it was not processed.

Please login to your payment account to verify payment.

If you have any questions, or have proof the FULL payment was made, please contact the seller at this email: kevlev@hotmail.com .

To return to the sellers website, please go here http://askmisterselfhelp.com/gp/special.html .

However Paypal charges me as I get an email confirmation from them. It looks like for one of my two products showing this problem the affiliate isn't getting paid however and I get it all. This is also happening when I don't have an affiliate for one product too, but the payment comes through just fine because I get it all in that situation. But the page shows an error and the customer doesn't get to the thank you page. It's ugly.

I checked and my paypal email address is correct. I couldn't verify that with the affiliate who was showing these problems, but we worked on setting it up this morning and it seemed as though it was correctly configured based on going to paypal and checking and so on.

Anyone have any ideas here? This is holding up my launch. I'm working on it 24/7. I have other products that are working fine that I believe are set-up the same way, but have this trouble with 2 of my products that I know about, hopefully not any more. Won't know until I try testing it out.

Thanks in advance,

Kevin

got it fixed. Needed to configure it right. put the wrong email address in for paypal. A clue as to why I was having the problem would have been real sweet.

Cheers,

Kevin
