Hi guys,

I'm new (1 week in) and have read the tutorials with processathome.com, found some products and posted on some free classifieds, and basically nothing has happened.

Some questions from a newbie (i.e. me!):

- Which "niches" of products seem to sell the best?

- Does a low or a high APS score mean much? I.E. which sells better?

- Since the main free classified websites are so saturated already, would it be wise to find lesser-known, less popular classifieds to advertise on? If so, any good ideas about this - go very local or something?

- Does this affiliate program work well, or should I consider ClickBank or something else? Do many people do several? I have a strong interest in Green/Eco stuff, and was thinking of making a BLOG for that, but beyond that I'm just starting out. But I'd prefer to sell something that I really believe in / am educated about

Thanks much for the ideas / advice

ccoughlin99

The Free classifieds don't work. you should ask for your money back from the process from home. You are right, you should start a blog about Going Green, that is a niche, you should check out a very good "Going Green Blog" and try to mimic that:

Shelly,

Thanks for the input. I haven't found many "green - eco-products" on this site. Should I look for a green-oriented one? Are there any that you recommend?

To make some money, do people on paydotcom do paid classifieds, or stuff like Ad Words and Google AdSense?

Honestly, there is much to learn before you can make money. You have to learn the basic principles of Internet marketing and how the process works.

The easiest way to make money with affiliate products is with your own website. The hardest way is with AdWords (and most expensive).

Back up a bit and learn some basics about Internet marketing; that will save you much wasted time and expense.

I have a free crash course here to help orientate you:

http://www.weberinternetmarketing.com/crash-course.htm

It explains what works and what doesn't.

Let me know if you have questions,

ccoughlin99,

There are many Green products out there that offer affliate programs, but most of them want to see the website or blog that you will be talking about them on. try Commission Junction, shareasale, linkshare networks. Google has an affliate network as well as the Adsense program. When looking for Green product affliate programs for example: go to google and type soy candle affliate program.
